Dear sir/ Madam.
As i am using VI vodafone idea from last 8 years and last fe months thay aded miscellaneous chages like netflix..chagres aďitional and create invoice to me as i have no uses of that VAS application.Due to their pressure and continuois followup i am totally stresses by their unwanted bills created month on month.Requesting you kindly look in to this matter and they intentionally doing with me and requesting you take my complain and do the nacessery action aganist VI and take a compensation for this unwanted pressure.I have details of bills and whats app confirmation that j have no any Value added service use from Vodafine idea.Regards.Satyajit Das.
