Vodafone has changed all their postpaid plan of Rs 99 to Rs 299 without informing the customers regarding a change in the policy of the plan and directly send us the bills in the month of Feb .
Despite of several email and complaints at customer they have refused to revert to the plan that we had opted for and now as we have not made payment as per their revised charges they are forcing us to pay by deactivating the number
This is unfair,as we choose the plan of Rs 99 as rental charges as per our usage and have made payment according lt and now with no increase in our usage we are made to pay Rs 299 excluding GST charges. That is hardly 15 calls are made in a month and we have to pay such huge amount. My earnest request is to bring down the charges and charge as per the customers need and requirement
