I am travelling abroad with a vodafone number as mentioned above. Few days before they charged me 15k ahowing some incoming calls that i have received in abroad.
I have tried to convinced them saying I have true caller apps installed and i shared the screen shots of the call log of my mobile phone and it showed that their claims on incoming calls is false , still they asked me to enter into a settlement and I have cleared 9000/- on 21/06 and after that from 24/06 they restored the service.
on 27/06 i have received a bill stating o/standing almost 6000/- , a part of my last bill and again they have shown some incoming calls on 26/06/18. Am I such a fool that again I will do the same mistake ,as per their bill, for which I have been penalised for nothing. I have downloaded the apps to block the incomming calls from unsaved numbers.
Still they are charging and claiming the amount. I am peaced off now and looking for some action on this. They are cheating us left , right and centre. Their customer service officers do not understand anything and Appellate service is even worse.
