Vodafone Egypt deducted money off my balance as renewal cost of mobile internet package although I made pretty sure that I cancelled that service early enough before renewal date.
Because that was the second time I face that problem, I called their customer service and was quite clear that I wanted to terminate the subscription. Moreover I used their brief code (*2000*0#) through which I chose to terminate auto renewal. Yet, on Saturday 21, August 2021 they took 35 pounds from my balance and renewed the package!
Worst service and customer care ever. My data nor phone works, the vodafone app is fraudalant, I keep paying and renewing bundles with no ability to use them. A customer service representative can never be reached and no one seems to know how to solve this issue. I would like a supervisor to immediately contact me or a process started to deactive the service completely. I would rather use another provider then continue to deal with this nonsense and complete disrespect for customers not to mention the thievery of funds that constantly occurs due to unwarranted services, by far the worst service and customer care ever encountered in Egypt thus far.
