Text of Complaint by Ahmed:

I have purchased home wireless internet router and sim since about one year from Vodafone Egypt. The speed at that time was 25-30 Mbps.

Since about three months I experience very low speed in Internet connection (about 2 – 4 Mbps) which impacts completing my work properly.
Note: I placed my mobile phone (with Vodafone sim) just beside the router and tested the internet connection speed for both, the router showed 2 – 4 Mbps and the phone showed about 35 – 40 Mbps.

I have called the technical support of Vodafone Egypt (2828) several times and they didn’t fix the issue and finally they informed me that I have to call (888) to get the needed support.

I have called 888 and they informed me that they cannot support me in this and I need to call 2828 again for support. I asked them to create a complaint and they refused.

I have called 2828 again to ask them to create a complaint and they refused. I have asked the representative to escalate this issue to her supervisor and she informed me that she escalated the issue and a supervisor will contact me in two hours, unfortunately no-one called me.
