Vodafone deducted Rs. 5 from my account for ‘downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION’. I haven’t activated this service for never. I have never given consent for this service. I don’t know what is this service. They have also not asked for my permission. And in the message I received, there is no transaction no. And when they have activated the service, they haven’t sent any message on how to use this service or any relevant information about this game. They are not refunding my money and saying you have used this service, but they are not telling me when I activated this service, what is the mode of activation of this service, or where I have used this service. They are deducting so less amount so that customers also don’t lodge any complaint and they also earn money.
Please refund my money.
