Dear Sir or Miss.
The issues are that on the twenty second of December 2020, I decided to take out a contract over twenty four months to the iPhone
The sales person was very good at selling the product, but afterwards when issues started on various faults no one is assisting me with the issues, I have been left holding on for hours, then transferred to another department, then passed on again and again, now for five days.
I have my phone but unfortunately not able to use because SIM cancelled by you and becoming increasingly apparent that your staff are not helpful before reporting issues to Ofcom I am making a formal complaint,
