Text of Complaint by Naresh Chand Jetla:

Vodafone is including additional 320(Approx) for some value added services , which i have not opted for and when i reach out to the customer care i get a answer that “you might have clicked on something”, I’m a graduate and working with an MNC with 8 years of experience, i have a knowledge where to click and where not.

After discussing with them they have been refunding and adjusting the bills, if i dont notice the bill i will end up paying additional money.
