Hi team, I am deeply disappointed with the kind of service and reaction to my ongoing number related issue which is just being dragged on due to utter negligence at your end. I have already informed my issue to every possible customer care of Vodafone that my number is on No Signal despite of having tried all the suggestions given by your executives, such as changing the sim card, manually setting the network operator, rebooting the handset. Now I have no clue what to do other than simply changing my network operator. After so many calls to your customer care and visiting your kiosk, my issue is still not resolved. All I get is an e mail stating I am unreachable on the very number I have no signal on! Highly disappointing!
