Dear sir
I am sanjay nigam and my father Mr sumati kumar nigam who had expired two years back was operating this number 9557156483 but after his demise the phone was misplaced and was found few days back we found it .now the problem is that this phone is been registered with all the official documents and the phone is been blocked due to which I am unable to get the information from his department as well as from other sources.
you are therefore requested to kindly issue me the same number so that I may get its benefit .I will provide death certificate It will be your kindness
I will pay the charges as per decided by the company,
