Dear Vodafone, This is to bring to light the tricky business trap of your service .past 4 year I am your customers first I used idea service and 1 year I am using Vodaphone service.

My monthly bill was 300 to 350 rs Previous month I got 1000 bill amount and this month’s my bill 4500 rs due you think we are full sir we are normal service class family right now every one losing job last month I left my job due to health issues and suddenly I got this much amount.

I called customer care and informed my all problems they said this is your mistakes sir. That’s way you got this much amount we are unable to help you you have to pay or we stopped your service If this is the way to make money if you think this all business ethics.

Sir if you charge right billing amount I am happy to pay your bills and I informed your all issues related to your Vodaphone mob apps. Mostly time hanging issues That is a reason by mistake change my 999 plan activated I informed to customers care they said you can change your plan but they didn’t informed me I need to pay this much amount. Please resolve my issues or I have no option I can use other services
