I been using Vodafone postpaid connection for couple of years.
I wish to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. I have visited your chembur store, as all other near by stores was closed due to Covid-19 need to wait in the long queue for almost 3 hours.
After visiting the store i have been attended by your executive named Bhagwan, firstly he was not ready to covert my connection to prepaid, he was asking me to revisit the store after a week. After multiple request he agreed, and asked me to clear the outstanding, which i did and also i have recharged my prepaid connection for 84 days, as per bhagwan’s instruction I have paid an over all amount of Rs. 1282 approx. He said its all clear and given me the new sim card and said with in 5 working days your prepaid connection will be active. Now its almost a week, still my sim is not active.
