Vodafone india stupid management people changed my plan of 2 numbers.
One plan is changed from 299 to 999 monthly without my cofirmation. Billed me 2200 and disconnected my outgoing unless i follow up for a week and forced me to pay about 1000/-
Second vodafone number :
Plan changed from 299 to 499 without my approval. Again disconnected number. Vodafone officer asked me to pay outstanding 459 to pay to start outgoing. Paid bill at 3 pm but still outgoing started.
Vodafone should shut down customer care as CS ppl are useless and very arrogant.
I have exposed Vodafone on social media and sharing the incidence on news channel to expose vodafone.
Vodafone service is rediculuous, stupid and useless.
Worst service provider in India.
Raised issue in consumer court.
