Text of Complaint by Neha Joshi:

Vodafone not not allow customers to migrate or port to other service providers. When pushed, temporarily allows them to port after taking payments in in-store to show accounts settled and in the negative (please note this amount goes unaccounted), and then later sends them a Demand Notice of non-payment. It is a universal truth that porting/migration of a number does not happen without accounts settled. after contacting them, Customer Care , employees and In-store staff all give you a differential amounts, all citing their pound of flesh thereby reflecting that they have not come with clean hands.  They have an improper accounting system that allows employees to take advantage of customers and never ever they reflect any account details of payments.

Chor company…..! Beware…..!

  1. As truth said chor nahi fraud company hai bunch of cheaters and fraudters. Bigger theives than anyone else. Bloody fuckers bunch of cheaters whole company

  2. After receiving the upc to port out of vi..I received several calls from vi with new offers. Then there was a call from their customer care saying that they had received 2 Porting requests from me and asked me to cancel one so that they can process the port out. Turned out I was scammed as they deliberately cancelled my port.
