Dear Sir/Madam,
My postpaid number was ported from Vodafone to Airtel on Mar 1, 2019 and due amount for that cycle (till Mar 3) was paid on Mar 5.
Vodafone is claiming that my number number was deactivated on Mar 14 as per their records and asking me to pay extra money.
My number was active on Airtel on Mar 4 and a number can not be active on 2 operators at any given point of time. My first Airtel bill has been generated where Airtel started charging me from Mar 3 (bill cycle started from Feb 26).
I contacted both customer care and appellate authority of Vodafone but they are asking me to pay without investigated the issue.
Please help.
