Respected Sir/Madam

I somashekara desai from Hassan, Karnataka, I am a customer of yours since 10 years, now I would like to cancel my connection due to some reasons.

  1. You changed my plan from 99 to 240 without intimation, its happening second time. First time I told your people to don’t change my plan without notice to me. On that day they made it clear, but now it repeat again. So please cancel my connection and send correct bill.
  2. You send 299 to pay, but I have to pay only 120. for the remaining amount I am not held responsible, because you people without my notice you only change the plan and the whole month you didn’t notice to me. (no phone and no message and no mail)
  3. So send me update correct bill (according to 99 plan) I will pay definitely.
