- Respected sir/ madam,
- I had selected tamil song as callertune from Vodafone callertune app.The amount deducted 51Rs.for the tune selection & subscription.. though, as my callers cannot heared the song.. as usual ring only heared by them… finally i just quit and send message to 55655 for my desired song…. they replied me as this song is already set as your callertune. After try, i contacted the helpline, one customer care executive responded me that she would rectified soon & refund the money or set ur favourite callertune. Then, message from 573732 confirm your song & sending me the songs… i had selected vaaney vaaney yen arugile from viswasam Tamil movie. They confirm & send messages this will set as your callertune after confirmation… after 30mins, checking for the callertune, I hadn’t heared which i selected… they blindly set the song from same movie… bt I never chosen that one.
MAJOR ISSUE
After I found more issues, again I gone for to contact with customer helpline 199&198… the call not received by the customer care executives… hardly 2hrs…. I cannot access.. when I press 9 button, for to reach executives, again computer voice came back to main screen.
