Dear sir,
My Vodafone internet is extremely slow. Complaints are answered by telling me to get a 4G sim card. Presently my sim card is 3G and the internet was working properly.
Only when messages began coming from the company to upgrade to 4G that the internet speed became a problem. The internet speed now is not even upto 3G standards.
Even with a 3G sim card the internet speed should be better than what I am getting now. I see this as nothing but a haressment to upgrade to a 4G sim card.
