Dear Vodafoneidea Team,
Mr.ByreGowda & Mr.Chandru Come to our office and solve our billing problems, but Vservice & Copcare Team did not react and the relationship manager did not visit until now no answer.
Therefore, for five months or so, I tried to contact the VService team and the Copcare team but have not yet resolved all the issues and reporting details that are not shared below.
1.     Until today, no one boarding process was completed / no RM has been visited.
2.     We have a problem with the bill, we have explained and made them understand why additional costs occur (VAS)
3.     We need to change the data with 1Gb and some digital rental plans need help (from 299 to 199 UL + 1 GB of data)
4.     We need to keep some numbers like 249 @ 20 Gigabit unlimited calls and text messages
5.     ESS portal access is still not resolved yet
6.     We need the same 4 VLT service that needs help, but there is still no response.
