Text of Complaint by Brijesh Sriwastav:

My complaints against to vodafone customer care.

  1. Intially I had a plan of Rs 499 with Amazon free and monthly subsciption to netflix.i get a call from cc to update a plan of 999 to which I did not agree because I had renewed my Amazon prime yearly sub.
  2. But now without my consent they have added the 999 plan to my Bill cylce with an additional charge of monthly Netflix sub. When I raised this issue their cc advised me to change my plan on the app which is charging me 3000 extra to change the plan.

Now since 2nd June I am following with Vodafone customer care, I have twitted so many times on twitter, as usual i got a message from Pooja, riya, alia, rubi, sayali a and priya, these are calling from social media ( Twitter) service, when i raised about these complaint then she blaming me that you activate the plan but i didn’t activate, then they conveyed me ok i will update and your issues transfer to senior to Team members but still my issues is not resolved.

Approx one month is going on now they cut my services which is fault by vodafone. This is not to complaint for money but this is complaint to fraud as they are doing with all customer.

I don’t know why these type people working with your organizations, but i am very dispointed with vadafone customer service. I have twitted to senior management but still waiting for response.

They are always doing mistake for billing. And when customer raised the complaint then as usual repeated answer,” i will update you” but they never update.
