I am Shikhar gahlaut, user of Vodafone postpaid connection (7830081666)
I have raise complaints multiple times but still no response from Vodafone. I don’t recieve signals , sometimes it says no service. I consider this as THEFT as I am not be able to use the Service and still you are continuously charging me money. Right now my calls and internet is bared by Vodafone. My phone says that I have unpaid bills, which is an error reflected in ‘myvodafone app’. This is the 3rd time it has happened. I have regularly told Vodafone to correct the information on myvodafone app, but they take no action.
I want strict action against it and compensation.
I feel like a victim of continuous theft and mental harassment.
If nothing is being done I do not take responsibility if something bad happens at one of the Vodafone centre or office due to the harassed mental state I am in.
I take Kumar Mangalam Birla and Ravinder Kakkar guilty for all my actions.
