Sir,
On 18-5-2020 Vodafone deducted ₹99 from my balance for activating caller tune for 3 months without my permission. I saw their message on 19th night and called customer care the next day (20-5-2020) for lodging complaint. I was told that my request has been noted and refund will be provided in 24hrs. I again called them on 21st May as refund was not provided. The agent then told me that request for callertune was given through ‘internet’, but he again said you will not need to call again but refund will be processed. I even have recording of this call. Callertune was deactivated soon after that but refund was not processed. I waited for few days, thinking it will be done as per their commitment. I called them again today and was informed that refund will not be processed as I requested after 24hrs. This information was not even provided in my first two calls and they are not providing information on how it was activated. They are just saying request for callertune was received through ‘internet’. I did not give any request or authorisation for caller tune. They are not registering my complaint either.
Kindly help me to get refund from Vodafone. Thanks,
