I had redx plan from Vodafone rs 1099 . when I took the connection I was promised double the speed, priority-based customer service and etc.. I have been facing network issues continuously and speed drops less than 1 mbps. kept complaining about it. wrote to appellate, visited store but no help. but Vodafone closes the complaint each time without even resolving it. this is going on for years now. did not know whom to ask for help. I have been paying almost rs.1300 every month without any solutions. felt cheated and this whole plan is a scam. I have been mentally harassed by Vodafone for so long by ignoring my complaints and not solving them. my work got affected badly due to this. felt so helpless as this plan is a trap. and not easy to come out of it.
this message should reach the public and Vodafone red x plan scam should be exposed. plz, help.
