Dear sir/mam
Hope you are doing well. My name is Vikrant I am from Lodhiya Pattinarendrapur Jaunpur my pin code is -223102. Sir since last year I am following Vodafone Jio for improvement of the services as we are facing call drops, lack of stability in-network, and worst that 2G data speed. Vodafone promises to give 4G speed and we are paying them for 4G but getting nothing as I am from a small village so we all feeling kindly of discrimination. After a long follow-up, I saw your e complaint, I am sending you the screenshot of the conversation. Now kindly do the needful and ask the company to repay our loss also. I am sure we will get justice. If you want I can send you the soft or hard copy written complaint with signature and name with my village and the evidence of followup for one year.
