In 2017-2019 I had a cellphone contract with vodacom. When it ended in 2019 someone renew it fraudulently and took cellphones using my identity. When I went to enquire and close the account. Investigations were done and proved that it was a fraud. My bank reversed and stopped the debit order. However, the account is still active and making my credit score low. I went to Vodacom to enquire about this but I was not successful.
