I am so sad to have this idea postpaid number,It is my biggest Mistake to have this postpaid connection,
Just Head’s up, whether someone can Resolve this issue or nor but i can not keep any relation with Vodafone -idea,
Sooner this number will be active and I am migrating this number to prepaid and then to another telecom company for sure.

now let me explain a bit of your pathetic nature, I have this Idea number from last couple of years but the problem started when this prepaid number closed and i opted the postpaid connection to get his number continue, the time i took this postpaid connection i was told that there is no way to migrate this number to prepaid and as your pathetic network i could not use the service.
Then later i got to know that, there is no such rules to Migrate this number! i always had an option to migrate this number to prepaid..
No one put his number to safe custody so that i wont get monthly charge even.
I keep dropping emails and calling and visiting to stores but no one is helpful not even bothered.
Why IDEA people lied about this?
i had option to save lots of money .

Now this number has been stopped working ,i guess everyone knows what is importance of this phone number in this digital word!!
I would really appreciate,If any one can help me out with migrating and removing the unwanted charges asap
