Text of Complaint by Priyanshi Jha:

I initiated a purchase on the VLEBAZAAR platform, which was identified by order number 2362900. The total amount of INR 16,649 was remitted through UPI as per the provided payment instructions. This transaction was executed with the explicit expectation that the ordered product would be promptly delivered to my specified address, reflecting the terms and conditions outlined on your website.

In the days following the payment, it became evident that VLEBAZAAR had failed to fulfill its obligations under the purchase contract. Despite the lapse of a substantial duration of more than two weeks since the order was placed, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the shipment of the purchased product.

In my persistent pursuit of answers and a resolution, I made multiple attempts to establish contact with VLEBAZAAR’s customer care department. These attempts were primarily through email correspondence and phone calls to the customer care helpline. Regrettably, the responses I received were consistently evasive, devoid of substantive information, and provided no reassurance of a resolution.

Furthermore, recognizing the unreasonably extended delay and the absence of any tangible progress towards the shipment of the product, I opted to exercise my consumer rights by requesting the cancellation of the aforementioned order. This request for cancellation was made through both written communication via email and a telephonic conversation with a representative from your customer care team. Despite the acknowledgement of my request, VLEBAZAAR has manifestly failed to process the cancellation, provide any confirmation thereof, or initiate the mandatory refund process.
