I ordered a wireless mouse from Vlebazaar on 21/03/024. While ordering the delivery date was 27/03/2024. I did not receive the product till date. I called customer care but they did not respond correctly. They were saying the product would be dispatched on 03/04/2024. There is no option for the cancel order. Also, every time I called customer care they cut my call after a couple of sentences saying the line was unclear. I read many reviews and understand it’s a fake website and they never give a refund. Request to take action against them. Its looting from the consumers. Request to do needful
