hello sir/mam,
I visited vivo service center on 20/04/2019 regarding my vivo Y71 model 2g/3g android set(which is not working) to rajajinagar authorized service center which is in warranty after checking the mobile in service center they inform me that there is a problem in board which is technical problem and also inform me that they will make it ready and also it comes under warranty itself. Today its already 16 days over i don’t get any updates about phone and my phone also with them itself if im called to that particular number they are not going to receive it even i also visited the service center their is no any feed back about my phone.
here im sending a copy what they have given to me please check it and kindly arrange my phone
