I am writing to complain about a problem I faced with my vivo x70 pro phone. After I updated the software, a green line appeared on the screen. I searched online and found out that this is a common issue caused by the software update. I contacted the vivo service center and expected them to fix it for free, but they told me that I have to pay 13k for a phone replacement. This is unacceptable and unfair. I should not have to pay for the company’s mistake. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and provide me with a proper solution.
