My daughter through her Amazon Prime account had ordered for a 6GB RAM Vivo V9 Pro mobile phone and we were sent a phone with 4GB RAM. Amazon registered our complain and asked us to courier the phone back to the seller. Seller refused to accept the phone and it was delivered back to us. Thereafter Amazon asked us to again courier the phone to the seller. However we asked them to assure us that the seller will receive it this time but they do not assure us. The matter stands unresolved since over a month.
