Dear sir / madam

I have purchased Vivo V15 pro handset in 2019. I have already repaired the display 2 times with same issue of display got automatically damaged by coming a small dark colour spot on display and it will spreading slowly slowly from inside on entire display. Service center team giving me reason that it has got some high force on display and that’s why this issue happens.
Both the times i have request them that no force is coming on display, it was automatically happens while using the mobile on normal condition. But they have denied and charged me the cost. I don’t have any option so i agreed to bear the cost.
But now same issue 3rd time happens today @ 4.00 p.m. while i am in my office and i saw one small spot is coming out automatically. Now its 12.15 a.m. its already covered 10% area of display and it surely covered the entire diplay during the night.
So it’s my humble request to you that please either provide me the new different handset or repair it on free of cost. I can not afford the cost now as this time also it’s not my mistake.

Now 3rd time with gap of 9 months
