I purchased Vivo V11 pro phone few months back. Very bad experience with Vivo V11 pro face lock feature. Lock opens with even my brother’s face. If this is a bug, It can also open with some other person’e face too. I am feeling my phone will be at high risk in terms of security.
Can some one help me in terms of how can I contact Vivo and get this fixed?
I want to take this to Vivo higher management, since this is very serious issue and my highly sensitive information is at stake.
