I had purchased tws in Feb 22, problem start occuring in left bud so I had visited Vivo service centre Lajpat nagar delhi in May 22. They had told me there is no problem in left bud so I take it back again problem occurs in 2 months . So I visited the same service centre concerning the same complaint. They firstly denied it is not in warranty and company will not replaced the defective item. When I suppress them with legal action they are ready for replacement. Till date no replacement provided and now same problem arising in right bud also. It’s very frustrating and also I had spent so much money in purchasing. I’m very disappointed with Vivo products and want refund and action against them.
