I purchased Vivo TWS neo in September 2020. In the warranty period, The left side of earphone was charging very slow so I visited Vivo Service Center in Shahdol(M. P).
Firstly they were not ready to test it. I asked them repeatedly to test it and then they finally agreed after arguing for an hour. The service center replaced ONLY the charging case without testing it properly. After the replacement of the charging case, the left side of the earphone has stopped charging at all.
I followed up with the customer care on email and have not received any mail from them since November 3 after i asked them to pickup the earphones from my place as there is no service center here(pincode484110).
