Text of Complaint by Akshata:

I have Purchase V11 pro Mobile In 19th December 2018 now there is issue of network in my phone now than I change my SIM card but problem is not solved thereafter I was went in VIVO Service center, office Nos.403 & 404 4th Floor , K.L Accolade 6th Road, Santacruz (East), Mumbai – 40005 .The lady told me( Miss Preeti  there is Problem in Motherboard our Engineer told (Miss Tejal)  and Quotation charge for that is very costly. This people deceiving to the consumers. Very bad behavior with customer I told her what would you have done if you were in the side she reply me bought new mobile means every year we buy new mobile that means there is no guarantee of VIVO Mobile phones. I enclosed herewith quotation the charge (Faltu ka cost ).
