Dear Sir,
I have purchased Vivo nex on aug 2018 and today my display damage, so i called customer care to repair my Display but they denied that Vivo have stop production of Nex brand and they cant repaire and they give alternate solution of 20% discount on any other new phone. But i want to repair my Nex phone only because i am happy to use this phone. So i want to repair my phone or if u give me offer of 20% discount so you should give me 100% discount rather than giving me alternate solution, because you have stop production but i am consumer and i am using this phone.Please check attached Image also and Invoice.
