Hello Ive ordered Vivo t2x from Vivo website on 22 may 2023, by online payment of 13,999/-. but they themselves had cancelled after 3 days and now it’s been 29 days I didn’t get my refund I’ve called many times to customer care tey always says 3-7days it ll b returned but it is almost one month. I want to file a case against Vivo and i need refund soon. Order number -23052215430980438513.
