Text of Complaint by Mahesh Reddy Medapati:

I’ve ordered 2 Vivo T1 mobile phones from online Vivo store website on 27th September 2022. They’ve got cancelled by Vivo team on 2nd October 2022 saying bulk order cancellation. My refund is not initiated by the Vivo team till now and whenever I call them they are saying that it will take 24-72 hours to initiate a refund but it is not happening from a month.
