Respected Sir/Madam,
I Ordered Vanity Box and made an order online on a prepaid basis on 24Th Dec 2022 and Got Delivery on 29Th Dec 2022. and got the wrong product attached since that day I m contacted Flipkart, again and again, their customer care postpones the delivery on a weekly basis on routine time and when finally the right product is gone delivered then
Ekart Logistics Delivery of Uttam Nagar Hub ” Delivery Boy Naresh Denied multiple times”” and even today was the third time I have requested delivery boy for making the right product delivery and also the same he denied this time also by saying that I have not got the image of wrong product and I m not gonna make it deliver. Each time they postpone it for a week, today the same incident happened. Now currently I m looking forward to Consumer Court. Images are attached.
