As you can see I have ordered the Viva 4G Smartphone ( 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) [Newly Launched] Some other Thing has been delivered (writing Pad ) to me as we had paid 3 thousand rupees to the courier personal, now answer me what to do, we have mailed to support but no answer.
