Hi Team,
I booked a flight with ticket- 228 2406557730
From Srinagar to Mumbai with Vistara.
I have never seen such a pathetic experience & cheating that Vistara does to consumers. They rescheduled my this flight without informing me or checking with me! Just like they did while I was coming to Srinagar from Mumbai on 25th Dec’22.
Now I am horribly sick with high fever & planning to cut short my trip by 3 days on medical grounds. And they are asking for about 4,000 rupees! If they can reschedule the flights when they want, it’s okay?! But when on medical grounds someone has to pre pone the flight that is chargeable?! I need an answer, compensation & response ASAP. I am taking Vistara to court & twitter as well. Cheating consumers just because they don’t raise a voice is not fair. Please help ASAP.
I also head consumer insights department at an apparel brand so I am aware how to treat a customer fair & square.
