Hello,
I have made a purchase of INR 299 in vistaclothes on April 2nd. The payment was done through netbanking.
After which I received a text message of order id & the date it will be delivered as April 17th.
There was another message after a couple of days with the order id and a contact no. Which is switched off.
After 17th, I have mailed them with all the details & requested to track the order. 2 days later I dropped a mail again. Requesting for the status of my order or refund. Yet there is neither a response till date nor the order is delivered.
Doubting this I searched for reviews & found out that many people are cheated like this.
Please take immediate action on this. It is people’s hard earned money which is being misused.
