I had bought Visio world TV from Amazon on 24th Nov 2023 for Rs. 15000. It came with 1 year warranty. The TV screen quality was very bad which i realised within a few days of buying and i also informed this to one of the company’s representative when he reached out to me asking for feedback. He asked me to reset which ofcourse did not help. We were not using that tv regularly (we stay out of town) so we dropped the issue. But now my mother has moved back and she needs to watch the tv but within a few days remote has totally stopped working and there’s no other way to function the tv as there are no buttons on tv. I tried reaching out to customer care for 3 days consecutively but nobody receives the calls infact the cut your call. I also texted/called the same person who reached out to me for feedback few months back still no answer. It’s like they have gone MIA. What m i supposed to do with the tv without working remote and it’s still in warranty so hopefully repairing is possible. But there’s NO WAY TO REACH TO THAT COMPANY. IT’S A FRAUD COMPANY hence i would like to register my complaint against them.
