Hi my name is jatinder Kumar resident of New Delhi I applied for Immigration by a company named Immigration abroad with a deal that they will complete the visa processing for us. They made us fools for one year stating that the education documents need to be validated by i.c.e.s. and gave us a fake report after a year that its pass and now u need to pay 5 lakhs more for a job offer stating that ur score is less.
In the beginning were told that whatever ur skore is we will file ur car in different Provence so that it can get pass.
So we asked for the refund of 118000 as that was not what we were promised they denied on our face and said do whatever u can do we won’t give anything.
As I was out of Delhi my wife and mother had to go to them and beg for our hard earned money multiple times in the end forced my wife to sign a document that its us backing out and gave rs. 18000.
Hence I want to file ca complaint against this fraud company Named indo European/ Immigration abroad based in janak puri new Delhi.
I have the audio and video recordings for the conversation if you need the proof.
