Vip shaadi.com Fraud, Misleading, false commitments.And charge huge amount from us

This is with regards to SH27584093
I had enrolled on VIP Shaadi.com few months back for the premium service of select shaadi. Before enrolling for the service the team from sales and customer gave ample number of commitment and spoke about high standards of delivery. On commencement of service reality came across.

Since 3months of the membership there is only few profiles where meeting over call was set and remaining 95% profiles went on ringing and there are no updates from the representative whose name is Sandeep Kaur.
Also the representative is not approachable and during every next update she says the same thing that nobody is picking her call and replying over whatsapp/email but the weird part is the groom side asks for phone no. in shadi chat which means she is not calling the groom side, she is just pretending that she is calling them or trying to reach out.

She never provides the requested type of profiles and shares the profile which doesn’t suits, in such cases when I denies the profiles and asks for alternate ones she never responds.Within 10 days he surrendered saying he does not have enough profile meeting the criteria.

She is also very rude and behaves in a non professional way which does not sounds good.

Even when I tried to talk to the respective manager(Anju), im not getting any sort of support.

While taking shadi premium, a lot of fake promises were made such as meeting date and place will be set by the representative and now no feedback itself is shared for the profiles but now it turn out to be a total waste of money and money which was spent on the membership.
For the 3 months service which I purchased, Shaadi team stopped communicating and responding to my mails even before 3 weeks of due date of completion of service.

In general, shaadi.com is just running a spam business without any authenticity of the commitments made.

The experience was extremely poor, being a professional myself have never come across such low standard of service delivery.
I am really disappointed with the service offered by the premium membership and would definitely like to write on different social media platforms to enlighten people not get fooled by this app.

I would still request to take necessary actions.
