Text of Complaint by Anchal saxena:

Hi Airtel,
I went to Airtel store-Saket branch yesterday (30-12-2023) regarding my network issue facing by me.
An employee were there who attended me.
Issue-my ESIM not working properly so went there regarding 5g network. He asked who is the owner of this sim, I simply replied- my sister(shilpi saxena), I don’t know whether he listened properly to me or not he asked to delete my eSIM so that he will restart again.
As per his guidance I deleted my eSIM, all of sudden he replied that this eSIM won’t able to restart again because owner is not available at present. When I asked then why he asked me to deleted eSIM,he replied that he thought that I am shilpi saxena, However in the beginning of our conversation I informed him that this sim is on my sister’s Id.
After some time the Manager came her name was Drishti Verma,her behaviour was too rude she was shouting at me without any reason,
When I started shouted one of a man came( unknown man , not even the staff member)
to hit with me along with all Airtel staff.
I called the police as well, police came and asked them to show the camera recording, so they denied
Just wanted to confirm is that Airtel attends their consumer, this such behaviour is unacceptable
It’s my request to look into this issue and take legal action against your Saket branch staff.
