It is in reference to my order ID OD226070321789270000 of
Samsung 345 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator for Rs 25640.
I had ordered this refrigerator in exchange offer for my LG Single door refrigerator (Rs 3700 exchange price).
At the time of delivery of refrigerator on 28/09/2022 to my utter dismay the delivery person refused to pick up my old fridge in exchange of new one .
I asked him the reason , he said your old refrigerator is in perfect working condition but we can’t pick up your old fridge as the option of picking up is not showing in his mobile. He demanded Rs 3700 cash in lieu of delivering my new fridge .
My old fridge pick up denied for no valid reason. My old fridge was in perfect working condition and delivery person also acknowledged this fact.When I contacted Flipkart customer service, Flipkart representative on other side told me that it is upto delivery person to pick up your old items and not and it is written in terms and conditions.What the hell is this??
I have recording of this also. Delivery persons took away the new fridge and didn’t deliver it to me.Without giving any valid reason how can they do it to me.
My question is why Flipkart is mentioning exchange products if they have no control whatsoever over the product? Why are you selling fake promises? What is the purpose of betraying your loyal customer? WHY ? WHY?
According to the terms and conditions of Flipkart my old fridge should have been exchanged in lieu of new one as my old fridge is in perfect condition.
FLIPKART SNATCHED AWAY SMILE AND HAPPINESS FROM MY FAMILY FACE AS THEY WERE VERY EXCITED FOR THE NEW SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR.
