Text of Complaint by Dominique Trual Molintas:

09285440979 This phone of hellopeso has been messaging those in my contact list randomly without forming part of my reference list. This malicious behaviour should be corrected

For such petty amount so much exagerated fuss even when the interest expense of an obscene 45 percent is paid with the penalties every time. Having to message hourly is rude and going through the contact list is criminal.

This bullying destroys culture and is abusive, for reason that this is the lending company.

“HelloPeso however warrants that the information gathered, collected, processed and disposed shall be in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10073 or the Data Privacy Act.”

• The Civil Code: Governs debtor-creditor relationships, interest rates, and obligations of both parties.

• The Consumer Act of the Philippines: Protects consumers from abusive debt collection practices and ensures fair treatment.
