Sometime probably 15 to 16 years ago, a plan offered by Airtel for Sim lifetime validity was availed by me by paying Rs.999 for my Airtel number 98310-57880. But from November or December of 2018, I’m receiving messages from company saying my incoming validity is valid only for 15 days after expiry of unlimited outgoing calls. Is it so ? How can someone violate rules by which it acquired Rs.999.00 per person promising life time validity. It’s clear one sided violation of terms & conditions of its own rule . & illegal Please take necessary action to resolve the matter by re enabling lifetime validity of the number
